Wednesday Training

The training sessions will start again on Wednesday 13 January.  Meet at GRC at 6.30.

The training sessions comprise either speed or hill work and everyone is welcome to come along.  You do not have to be the fastest runner to benefit from some training – everyone is welcome to come along and the sessions are structured to accommodate all abilities.  We usually do sessions in a confined area and by time rather than distance so that the group stays fairly well together but everyone can work at their own pace.

If you are hoping to improve your general fitness or your running speed in 2016 come along and give it a go.  Hope to see more of you in 2016.
