Monty Helpers and Marshals
With less than 2 weeks to got until the big day I though I should contact the key 'sorters' to ask when they want to collect the Various Signs water containers etc.

As per previous years, I will deliver water containers, cups, jackets, Jelly babies etc to Andy and Tamsin on the Thursday night before the race.
Jim: I can drop your bits and bobs over this Thursday ?
This leaves, Clive, Nick and then Tony/ Vicky.
If you give me a day or twos notice I can have your bits ready.

Not sure when you want to pick the Car parking signs up. There is rather a lot of them so will need to be picked up from my top shed.

Food Vouchers:
Instruction for Free Marshals food. As you are aware we have new caterers this year, They have said they will do Food and a drink for £2.50 for marshals and 50p for a drink on its own. As the Vouchers I will give to give out to your helpers are one with a cup on it and one with a 'Burger' can you please advise those helping that if they want a Burger and a drink that they only had over the 'Burger' Voucher', If only the drink then hand over the just the drink voucher. Hopefully this will work and Derek will just count up the vouchers at the end to work out what we owe. If anyone wants a voucher on the day, Tim, Derek and myself should have some spares.
