Cross Country Route

There will be a run from Crewkerne following the Parrett Trail finishing at Langport for coffee and cake.

The total route is approximately 20 miles

There are shorter options starting at Ham Hill (12 miles) or Kingsbury (5.5 miles)

Approximate timings:

8.00     Crewkerne to Ham Hill - 8 miles - 1.75hrs

9.45     Ham Hill to Kingsbury - 6.5 miles - 1.25 hrs

11.15   Kingsbury to Langport is 5.5 miles - 1 hr

Arrive at Langport 12:15 - 12:30

There will also be a road route available for those who don't want to get muddy!

Road Route

The road route is slightly shorter than the cross country option at approximately 17.5 miles

The route will be as follows Crewkerne – Over Stratton (4 miles) – South Petherton (6 miles) – Martock – (9 miles) – Coat (10 miles) – Kingsbury Episcopi (11 miles) – Thorney (13 miles) – Muchelney Abbey (14.5 miles) – Langport (17.5 miles)

Approximate timings:

8.00     Crewkerne to Martock Fire Station – 9 miles

10.00   Martock to Muchelney Abbey – 5.5 miles

11.15   Muchelney Abbey – Langport – 3.5 miles
