Bow Street Runners have again invited CRC to form 3 teams in the Parrett Team 10 on Thursday 14th July.

This year it is teams of 5 with first four counting to your time, if mixed at least one lady must be in the final result.

We need to let Bow Street Runners know asap how many teams we want to enter so if you are interested please comment below. Ben Adams and Steve Cousins can provide more details and will be responsible for selecting the teams from those interested.
