It is the usual monthly handicap on Wednesday. Meet at the Co-Op roundabout at Merriott for 6.30pm start. Nigel Key has kindly offered to do the timing. The route is about 5 miles. All abilities welcome as the slowest go first and the faster runners try to catch up. Hope lots of you can make it.

 

You will need to wear something high viz or reflective and bring a head torch as it will be nearly dark by the time you finish.
