With the nights drawing in we will be back to running in the lanes in the dark from now on. Please make sure you wear something high viz and preferably reflective so that you can be seen. Head torches are also a must as the lanes are not generally lit.

 

I have purchased some head torches for the club. They are Energizer HD+ Vision. Cost is £12.99. I have six. First come first served. I won't be running this week but should be there next week and will bring them along. CoD.
