10K<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A 10K undulating out and back road race starting and finishing at the Town Hall in the picturesque market town of Crewkerne in Somerset. Age 15 and over on race day.
An \u2018out and back\u2019 course with a loop through Merriott. Roads are not closed but are relatively traffic free country lanes through attractive villages and hamlets with a degree of undulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Junior 5K<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Junior 5 kilometre Fun Run. Age 9 to 14  on race day.
Approx. 5 kilometres on the main route out to the first drink station and return. Prizes in the Junior Fun Run only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5K Fun Run<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Age 15 and over on race day. Approx. 5 kilometers on the main route out to the first drink station and return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Changing & Toilets are available in the Town Hall, however no shower facilities are available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drinks stations will be situated at approximately every 3 to 4 kilometres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Professional First Aid cover will be provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The route will be well marked and marshalled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A souvenir tumbler will be awarded to 10K finishers and a snood for the 5K finishers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
