We have been offered a 45 minute online seminar from The Wellness Compass Team to help women keep running for as long in life as possible, it\u2019s called Stride Stronger Workshop.<br>It is a workshop tailored for midlife women runners navigating perimenopause through to post menopause and blends education with encouragement and actionable takeaways. It includes understanding midlife physiology, the role of strength training and nutrition. We are trying to get an indication of how many people would be interested in this?
