If anyone fancies a hilly scenic coastal run one Sunday morning, I'm doing a circular West Bay to Golden Cap 9-10 mile route on Sunday 14 August.  Meeting in the main car park at West Bay (the one with the car boot sale and children's play area) for an 8.30am start.  It's a fabulous hilly challenging 10 mile loop over Thorncombe Beacon and Golden Cap, the two highest points on the south coast, with beautiful scenery including coast, woodland, ancient ruined monuments, and, naturally, a cafe at the end!
