There is still time for more club members to get involved but for those of you already committed, thank you.  I’ve emailed your names across to Lisa, our Run Director on the day and all you have to do now is check out the Frogmary Green Farm volunteer roster here and email  with your volunteering activity of preference – first come, first served.  Plus your parkrun barcode reference number. If you’re not yet registered with parkrun, it’s free just follow the link on the main parkrun home page. Don’t forget to wear your club shirts on the day (if you have one)!
