Tonight’s handicap produced some more great performances. Congratulations to Andy Dickinson who finished out in front with his quickest time of the year. With less than two minutes seperating the next 6 runners it was Dave Carnell who managed to hold off Sarah Fooks to take second place. Andy Gould and Gemma both ran close to their target times which was a great effort following their ultra marathons on Saturday. First timer Colin Tyler pushed hard setting himself a good target time for next month. Well done everyone and thanks for taking part.
